Sound have practical exposure to advanced computer applications in the management of finance and accounts.
Administrative Officer (Admissions)	Essential: Post-Graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least second class (55% marks) from a recognized reputed University or Institute Desirable: Post-Graduate in Management (PGDM/MBA), Proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office), Internet, Knowledge / experience of working with ERP/Learning Management System (LMS) will be an added advantage.

Assistant System Manager	B B.E/B.Tech B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics / Electrical / Communication Engineering with specialization in Computers or MCA / M. Sc. in Computer Science with at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.

Office Assistant	Essential: Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with minimum 55% Marks. Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ MBA (10+2+3+2) from a reputed University / Institute is desirable. Proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office), Internet, Knowledge / experience of working with LMS will be an added advantage.
IT & Systems Assistant	B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology or MCA with at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.
Accountant	Essential: Post-graduate degree in Commerce /MBA (Finance) (10+2+3+2) with minimum 55% Marks. Desirable: Proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office), Internet, Knowledge / experience of working with LMS will be an added advantage. Applicants having experience in running finance and accounts office of large educational institutions will have an advantage. Sound practical exposure to advanced computer applications in the management of finance and accounts is desirable. A successful applicant is expected to independently manage the Finance and Accounts Office. Responsible for maintenance of accounts, disbursement, investment, statutory auditing, Handling CAG audit preparing budget estimates, and tax and other statutory requirements. Knowledge of GFR 2017, Procurement of Consultancy and Other Services 2017, GST/TDS tax compliances, filling of TDS/GST returns is must.

Selection Process :

For posts of Level 8 & above, the selection will be made based on personal interviews.
For posts in Level 6 and below, the selection will be made based on marks obtained in the prescribed qualification, Written Test and Skill / or Applied Test.

Education Qualification for Teaching Faculty

Professor: M.Phil/Ph.D in the appropriate branch with 60% or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in PG, with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution/institutions of comparable standards. He / She should have high research, training and consulting credentials.
- a. 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PWD/NC-OBC in PG and UG. IIM Bodh Gaya will follow Australian Bureau of Deans Council’s ABDC Journal Quality List. Equivalence of ABDC Journals will be as follow: One Paper in A Rated Journals = Two Papers in B Rated Journals = Four Papers in C Rated Journals.
- b. Minimum two Research Paper in ABDC’s “A Rated Journals” or Four in “B Rated Journals” or “Eight in C Rated Journals”. Any published book will be counted as one paper in C’ Rated Journal. One case along with teaching note published in Harvard Case Publishing/Richard Ivey/Emerald will be considered equivalent to one paper in ‘C’ Rated Journals. Preference for candidates who have guided FPM/Ph.D.

Associate Professor: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with 60% or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in PG, with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum of 6 years’ experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor, and ability to interact with a diverse student body and executives, and ability to undertake research independently. Candidates from Industry (Government / PSU / Research Organization) having experience of 6 years at the level equivalent to Assistant Professor may also apply.
- a. 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PWD/NC-OBC in PG and UG IIM Bodh Gaya will follow Australian Bureau of Deans Council’s ABDC Journal Quality List. Assistant Professor, Grade I: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with 60% or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in PG, with a very good academic record throughout. Minimum three years of teaching/research/industrial experience (exclusive period of doing Ph.D.). However, in exceptional cases of candidates with excellent academic credentials, this experience requirement may be waived. A fresh Ph.D. may be considered for the position on contract basis. Candidates from Industry (Government / PSU / Research Organization) having experience of 3 years at the level equivalent to Assistant Professor may also apply.

Assistant Professor, Grade II: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with more than one year of post-Ph.D. experience/ Organization) having experience of more than one year of post-Ph.D. experience at the level equivalent to Assistant Professor. First-class (Min 60%) or equivalent grade in Master’s and Graduation Degrees First-class (Min 60%6) or equivalent grade in Class XII and Class X. 5% relaxation for SC/ST/DAP and 3% relaxation for NC-OBC in Master’s and Candidates from Industry (Government /PSU/Research Bachelor’s degree. Minimum one Research Paper in “C- Category Journals” or above. One case along with teaching notes published in Harvard Case Publishing. Richard Ivey / Emerald will be considered equivalent to one paper in ‘C’ Category Journals.
Assistant Professor, Grade II: Fresh Ph. D. in the appropriate branch with less than one year of post-Ph.D. experience excluding Ph. D. experience. The candidate who has given the viva voce with the provisional award of Ph.D. may also apply. First-class (Min 60%) or equivalent grade in Master’s and Graduation Degrees First-class (Min 60%) or equivalent grade in Class XII and Class X. 5% relaxation for SC/ST/DAP and 3% relaxation for NC-OBC in Master’s and Bachelor’s degree. Candidates with publication in Quality Journals as mentioned above will be preferred

Age Limit

Maximum Age Limit is 40 Years
The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST & PWD candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates
Age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/NC-OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates as per existing Central Government rules. Candidates seeking such age relaxation will be required to produce relevant proof of eligibility to avail relaxation.
