Age Limit and Pay for UPSC Lateral Government Jobs Recruitment 54/2024
The age criteria for government positions are as follows: For the Joint Secretary post, the minimum age is 40 years and the maximum is 55 years, with the pay scale starting at ₹144,200 and reaching up to ₹218,200 according to Pay Level-14 of the 7th CPC. For the Director role, candidates must be between 35 and 45 years old, with a salary range from ₹123,100 to ₹215,900 at Pay Level-13. For the Deputy Secretary position, the age limit is set between 32 and 40 years, offering a pay scale from ₹78,800 to ₹208,700 at Pay Level-12.
