Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Recruitment Examination 2022 by Staff Selection Commission (SSC)
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold an open Competitive Computer Based Examination 2022 for Recruitment of (Government Rozgar) Sarkari Naukri Vacancy of Sub-Inspectors (SI) in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs – viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)), in the month of November 2022 (Paper-I from 29/09/2020 to 05/10/2020, Paper-II will be on 01/03/2021). Therefore, SSC invites online applications on prescribed format for the Recruitment of Sarkari Naukri Vacancies of Sub-Inspectors in CAPF and Delhi Police for the year 2022.
About SSC
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) do recruitment for Class-III and Class-II staff vacancy in Central Government departments and organisations. It has headquartered in Delhi. Staff Selection Commission works under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India as an autonomous organisation.
About Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF)
Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) are those police organisation working under direct control Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India for maintaining internal security in the country. Subordinate Officers namely Sub-Inspectors are recruited through competitive examination conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and they are referred to as DASOs (Directly Appointed Subordinate Officers).

Qualification
Educational Qualification for all posts is a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
Selection Process
The selection process involves five stages:
- Paper-I Online Exam
- Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET)
- Paper-II Descriptive Type Test
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME).
- Document Verification
Application Fee
- A candidate must pay Rs 100 as an application fee.
- Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fees.
- Fee can be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit, or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
