Eligibility for PSB Lateral Specialist Officer Recruitment 2024

  • Assistant General Manager (Cyber Security)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics & Communication; or MCA/Masters with specialization in Information Technology, Information Security, or Cyber Security from a recognized university.

Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the BFSI sector, including 5 years in Information Security. Must have at least 1 year of experience in a senior or head-level role in Information Security, equivalent to Scale IV and above in the bank.

  • Assistant General Manager (Corporate Credit Project Finance)

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with CA/CFA/CMA or Post Graduate Degree with a specialization in Finance.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of work experience in public/private/foreign banks, with at least 4 years in corporate credit. Last position should have been in a senior management grade or higher in the relevant field for at least 1 year.

  • Assistant General Manager (Data Protection Officer)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in Banking or Financial Services, with at least 1 year of experience in Scale II or IV in Data Privacy and Data Security.

  • Assistant General Manager (Board Secretary)

Qualification: Professional qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Additional qualifications like Chartered Accountants or Cost and Management Accountants are preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in Banking or Financial Services, with at least 1 year in Board Secretariat at a senior or head-level position (Scale IV and above).

  • Assistant General Manager (MSME Credit)

Qualification: Mandatory – Graduate in any discipline. Preferred – Post-Graduation or Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance/Banking/Forex/Credit; or Senior CA/CMA/CFA.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in credit appraisal, preferably in MSME banking, with at least 1 year in a senior or head-level position in the relevant field, equivalent to Scale IV and above.

  • Assistant General Manager (Principal Staff Training College)

Qualification: Post Graduate degree or equivalent from a reputable government-recognized university.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in Banking or Financial Services, with at least 5 years in Scale II or IV in a related field.
