ii. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in Refrigeration & Air conditioning trade in a Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Public sector undertaking/ Autonomous Body under Government of India/ State/ UT.

iii. Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Electrician. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Electrician trade.

iv. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in Electrician trade in a Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Public sector undertaking/ Autonomous Body under Government of India/ State/ UT

v. Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Plumber. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Plumber trade.

Job Requirement:

i. Repair and maintenance of Refrigeration and Air condition equipment such as window AC, split ACs, water coolers, desert coolers, refrigerators etc. Operation and maintenance of Central AC Plants, Package type AC units. Technical support in electrical division of the Institute.

ii. Repair and maintenance of electrical installations; Repair and maintenance of electrical control of workshop machines, water pumps, starter controls. Operation and maintenance of switchgears. LT /HT overhead lines repairs and maintenance. Technical support to the electrical division of the Institute.

iii. Normal and emergent plumbing and related work (even in odd hours) in Institute and Colony. Repair and maintenance works for all Job complaints of Plumbing/CI/Drainage and sewerage lines of Institute/ Colony. Plumbering support to the civil division of the Institute.

iv. Construction related works such as foundation works, stone and brick masonry, Reinforcement Cement Concrete (RCC) work, flooring, water proofing treatment & different type of plaster works, etc. Building construction support to the civil division of the Institute.

v. Machining of Jobs by Milling, Turing & Grinding Manufacturing of blanking die set for square/ round/ rectangular/ elliptical components. Construct a piercing blanking tool. Manufacturing of fixtures. Technical support to the central workshop division of the Institute.

Selection Procedure

1. The candidates as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for Trade Test. Those who qualify in the Trade Test will be invited for a competitive written examination. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.

2. For these posts, there will be three papers (Paper-I, Paper-II & Paper-III). Paper-II & Paper-III will be evaluated only for those candidates who secure the minimum threshold marks (to be determined by the Selection Committee) in Paper-I. The Final merit list will be prepared only on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in Paper-II & Paper-III.

3. Selection Procedure for the Technical Assistant

The candidates as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for Trade Test. Those who qualify in the Trade Test will be invited for a competitive written examination. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.

4. Mode of Examination for Technical Assistant

[Erstwhile Group III(1) & III(2)] For these posts, there will be three papers (Paper-I, Paper-II & Paper-III). Paper-II & Paper-III will be evaluated only for those candidates who secure the minimum threshold marks (to be determined by the Selection Committee) in Paper-I. The Final merit list will be prepared only on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates

SSC Exam Calendar 2022-23 Released: Check the Revised Exam dates of SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC GD Constable, SSC JE, SSC CPO Sub-Inspector, SSC JHT,  SSC Stenographer & SSC Selection Post Exams. This year-long calendar gives candidates a tentative date schedule to help them to plan their preparation properly.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC), CGO Complex, New Delhi has published its annual Calendar for the year 2022-23 for various Group-B and Group-C Sarkari Naukri (Government Jobs) Recruitment Examinations on its official website.. and is updating it with revised or postponed dates for various examinations due to COVID-19 Pandemic Situation.

The examination calendar carries forth the important dates of all the important exams to be conducted by the commission in the year 2022. This is one of the easiest and convenient ways that will help the SSC aspirants to check the dates and prepare as per the exam schedule. Date of Advertisement, Opening & Closing Date of Application, and Date of Examination is included in the calendar with different columns along with the name of the examination maintained in a row.

These recruitment tests and examinations will be conducted by the SSC within the prescribed dates for various  Govt Job vacancies in different Ministries/Departments of Government of India and in the Union Territories (UT) for the year 2022-23. The application form will be filled in online mode only for all these vacancies.

Office of the Chairman, State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB), Guwahati has released an advertisement for recruitment of 705 posts of Constable (Unarmed Branch) and 1429 Armed Branch in Assam Police. A total of 4584 vacancies have been announced under Assam Police Recruitment-2021. Selected candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of Rs 14000-60500/- with Grade pay of Rs 5600/- (Pay Band-II) and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Interested and eligible candidates who are permanent resident of Assam and must register his/ her name with a local Employment Exchange in Assam. Candidates must speak Assamese or any other state language fluently, can apply- online through the official website from 5 PM onwards.

Assam Police Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

The candidates willing to apply for Assam Police Recruitment 2021 must be Indian citizens, permanent residents of Assam. Their names must be registered with a local Employment Exchange of Assam. Candidates must speak Assamese or any other State language fluently.

Age Limit

18 to 25 years as on 1st July of 2021 (i.e. the candidate must be born on or before 01.07.2003 and on or after 01.07.1996).

The date of birth accepted by the SLPRB will be as per matriculation or an equivalent examination certificate issued by the Govt. recognized Board.

Educational Qualification

The candidates must possess the following minimum educational qualifications.

  • HSLC or equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board or Council.
  • In addition for the posts of Constable (Nursing), Nursing Diploma is necessary.

For Un-Armed Branch: H.S. or Class XII passed from Govt. recognized Board or Council for the post of Constable, Unarmed Branch, District Executive Force (DEF).

For Armed Branch: H.S.L.C or Class-X passed from Govt. recognized Board or Council for the post of constable of Armed Branch.
