Eligibility Criteria for Northeast Frontier Railway Recruitment 2022

NF Railway Jobs Academic Qualification:

  • Candidate should possess 10th Class with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from recognized board & Also possess National Trade Certificate (ITI) in relevant trades issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training.

  • Minimum Age Limit – 15 years
  • Maximum Age Limit – 24 years

NF Recruitment Selection Process:

Selection will be on the basis of the merit list prepared (trade wise). The merit list in each unit will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate. ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done will be on the basis of the average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.

Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Western Railway (WR), Mumbai has 3612 vacant posts of apprentices for training in the designated Trades under the Apprentice Act 1961 at various Divisions, Workshops within the jurisdiction of Western Railways for the year 2022-23. RRC CR Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria set by Railway Recruitment Cell for the Apprentice posts. The eligibility criteria are shown as below:

Educational Qualification

  • The candidate must have passed 10th class/Matriculation/SSC or its equivalent (under 10 + 2 system) from a recognized Board with a minimum of 50% marks (aggregate).
  • The candidate must have passed ITI in relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT recognized by the Government of India.

Age Limit (as of 17/01/2022)

The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as of 17-01-2022.

NOTE: Upper Age Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PwD/Ex-Serviceman
