(Advertisement No. 03/2021)

Recruitment (3/2021) for the post of Intelligence Assistant (in the rank of Constable) in Intelligence cadre of Punjab Police & Constable in Punjab Police Investigation Cadre (PBI) – 2021 was advertised in the month of July 2021. It is now decided by the Punjab Government that the recruitment examination for the posts of Constables shall now be conducted in MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) pattern in OMR mode instead of Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Therefore, to give chance to the candidates who want to apply for the above posts, the recruitment porta is again being open. Those who have applied earlier, need not apply. However, if they want to update/change any information, then they should apply only and change required data.

Punjab Police Constable Intelligence Cadre Recruitment 3/2021 Vacancies

English/Punjabi Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.

Punjabi up to Matric Standard Punjabi up to Matric Standard or its equivalent Standard is essential. Post shall be
filled through competitive test based on domain knowledge.

Data Entry Operator

Should have Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution; and
Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer
or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a Government
recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified. OR
Possesses a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to ‘O’ Level certificate of Department of

Qualifies a test in Punjabi (In Unicode Font Raavi ) and English typing to be held by the Board or the appointing
authority or the Department of Information Technology as the case may be, at a speed of 30 Wpm (300 words in 10
minutes).
Punjabi up to Matric Standard. vi. Preference will be given to candidate with post graduate & PGDCA diploma
Eligible candidates as per above shall be shortlisted through Typing Test (both Punjabi & English). Only shortlisted

NHM Punjab Medical Officer Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility conditions are given below:

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have passed the subject of Punjabi up to Matric standard. If the candidate has not passed Punjabi up to Matric, he will be given 6 months of time to pass the subject.
The candidate must possess a degree in MBBS from a recognized University or Institution from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
Preference will be given to candidates with 6 months house job in Obstetrics & Gynecology and trained in MTP from a registered MTP training center.
The candidate must be registered with the Punjab Medical Council/Medical Council of India. If the candidate has not registered, he/she will be given 1 month time to get registered with the Punjab Medical Council/Medical Council of India.

Age Limit (as of 01/01/2021)

The maximum age limit of the candidate for Medical Officer is 37 years. The age relaxation rules are as per the Punjab Government.

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the MBBS degree, work experience & age. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling for checking the eligibility of candidates and the list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the official website.

Punjab Police Civilian Support Staff Recruitment 2021 : Important Dates

Selection Process

The recruitment for filling up the vacancies in the cadre of Civilian Support Staff shall be carried out through a Common Application Form (CAF) and Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by document scrutiny.

The selection of a candidate shall be on the basis of their respective merit determined strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the Computer Based Test and normalization (if CBT is conducted in multiple shifts)
The selection process shall be a 2 (two) stage process consisting of the following Tests:

Stage I: Computer Based Test consisting of two (2) Multiple-Choice Question Papers to be conducted on the same day.
Stage II: (i) Document Scrutiny (ii) Physical Measurement Test (PMT) (iii) Physical Screening Test (PST)

Note: Both Physical Measurement Test and Physical Screening Test shall be qualifying in nature.

Application Fee

₹1500/- to be paid through online mode only. The application fee is ₹700/- for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) of Punjab State only/Lineal Descendants of ESM, ₹900/- for SC/ST of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab State only and EWS category candidates only.
