Educational Qualification for NALCO GET Recruitment 2024
Candidates applying should have completed their B.E. or B.Tech. with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks or an equivalent CGPA. For applicants from SC/ST/PwD categories, a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent is required, calculated as an average of all semesters or years, without any specific semester or year weighting. The aggregate percentage is calculated by summing the total maximum marks and the total marks obtained in all years or semesters, without rounding off. Final-year students are eligible but must provide proof of eligibility before the interview. Candidates also need a valid GATE 2023 Score in the respective discipline to apply.

Selection Process for NALCO Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2024
NALCO plans to use the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering – 2023 marks (GATE-2023 marks) for the selection of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) in the specified engineering disciplines. The final selection will be determined by the marks obtained in GATE 2023 and the candidates’ performance in the Personal Interview, with weightages of 90% for GATE marks and 10% for the Personal Interview.
