MSTC Recruitment 2023 Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

• Operations – Fresher: Graduate from a recognized institute/ University with a minimum of 60% marks in graduation. Applicants with Professional qualifications like MBA/Two years-Post Graduation Diploma will be preferred.
• Operations – eCommerce/Vigilance/RO-BO/HR: Graduate from a recognized institute/ University with a minimum of 60% marks in graduation. Applicants with Professional qualifications like MBA/Two years-Post Graduation Diploma will be preferred.
• Facility and Estate Management: Graduation from a Recognized institute / University. A Degree/Diploma in Engineering is desirable
• Finance: Graduate from a recognized institute/University with minimum ICWA/CA inter passed. MBA (Finance)/Two years-Post Graduation Diploma in Finance are also eligible.
• Systems: Graduate in any discipline of Engineering/MCA.

Experience: As stated above. Most have 2-5 years of experience required.

Remuneration:

• Fresher – ₹40000/-, Technical/Specialist – ₹50000/-
• Minimum 2 years – ₹50000/-Technical/Specialist – ₹60000/-
• Minimum 5 years – ₹60000/- to 100000/-, Technical/Specialist – ₹70000/- to 120000/-
• Minimum 10 years) – ₹70000/- to 100000/-, Technical/Specialist – ₹80000/- to 120000/-
