- Management Trainees (Personnel/Welfare): 04 vacancies (UR-03, OBC-01) to be posted in E-2 pay scale ₹50000-160000
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 30 years as on June 4, 2022 for General (UR)/SC/ST and EWS category candidates. Upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer). More details in the notice.
Educational Qualification: PG degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks. PG degree/diploma (2 year duration) in IRPM/Master of Labour studies from the recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks. Or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management /HR/HRD from recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.
Application Fee
₹590/– to be paid online. SC/ST/EWS/PwD candidates/Employees of MOIL Limited are exempted from the payment of application fee.

Computer Based Online Test
The selection will be through Computer Based Online Test which will be at various cities throughout India.
The duration of Computer Based Online Test will be for 90 minutes (in one sitting) consisting of Objective Type question (MCQ) (85 marks) breakup of which is General Knowledge for 10 marks, Reasoning for 10 marks & General English for 10 marks which will be combined as segment – I and Subject Knowledge will be for 55 marks which will be segment – II. Question paper will be available both in Hindi & English.
