  1. The employee shall be appointed on the payroll of BECIL’s empaneled agency. However,

  3. The employee shall be paid salary as per the Contract between BECIL and Principal Employer.

    employee in accordance with respective Statutory Acts.
  5. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.

  7. The selected candidates should bring their original documents of educational qualification and

  • Short listing of applications
    • Initial screening and shortlisting of applications will be done at Directorate General Remount Veterinary Services, Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) before forwarding them to Dte Gen Recruiting of IHQ of MoD (Army).   • SSB Interview
    • Candidates whose applications are found in order shall be detailed to appear for the Service Selection Board on a specified date. Detailed instructions along with date and place of SSB will be intimated directly by Dte Gen Recruiting, IHQ of MoD(Army).
  • Merit list

Eligibility Criteria for 51st NCC Entry in Army

The Criteria of NCC ‘C’ Certificate holders to appear directly for SSB for SSC (Non-Technical) at Officers Training Academy, Chennai : (i) Educational Qualification: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all years. (ii) Service in NCC: Should have served for a minimum of two academic years in the senior Division of NCC (iii) Grading: Should have a minimum of ‘B’ Grade in ‘C’ Certificate Exam of NCC.

NCC 51 Nationality

  • A candidate must either be: (i) A citizen of India, or (ii) A subject of Bhutan, or (iii) A subject of Nepal, or (iv) A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st of January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. A certificate of eligibility will, however, not be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal.

NCC 51 Age Limit

  • For NCC candidates (including wards of Battle Casualties)19 to 25 years as on 01 Jan 2022 (born not earlier than 02 Jan 1997 and not later than 01 Jan 2003; both dates inclusive).
  • Candidates should note that the date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary School Examination Certificate or an equivalent certificate on the date of submission of applications will only be accepted and no subsequent request for its change will be considered or granted.

Educational Qualification

Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all the years. Those studying in final year are also allowed to apply provided they have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in the first two/three years of three/four years degree course respectively. Such students will need to secure overall aggregate of minimum 50% marks in degree course if selected in interview, failing which their candidature will be CANCELLED.

On arrival at the SSB, the Shortlisted candidates will be administered stage-1 of the two stage testing procedure.

Shortlisted candidates will be called by SSB for two stage selection procedure to be held at Selection Centres, Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Kapurthala (PB).

Candidates must note that they can appear for ONLY one of the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview, either SSC (NT)-115 Course (April 2022)/SSC (NT) (Women)-29 Course (April 2022) as CDSE candidate OR NCC (Spl) Entry-51 Course (April 2022). Important Dates :

The online application for MOES Scientist 2021 started on October 1, 2021 and ends on November 12, 2021 as mentioned in the MOES Notification 2021 and Job Location: Delhi

MOES Recruitment 2021 Qualification:

  • Scientists F Master’s degree in Oceanography / Marine Sciences / Atmospheric Sciences / Physics/ Mathematics / Geophysics or its equivalent from a recognized University / Institute with at least first class (60% marks) in the qualifying degree.
  • Scientist C – Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from a recognized University /Institution with at least first class (60% marks) or equivalent CGPA
  • Scientists D – Masters’ Degree or equivalent in Meteorology/Oceanography/Atmospheric Science/ Climate Science/Physics/Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent from a recognized university with at least first class (60% marks) or equivalent CGPA

Age Limit :

Scientist ‘C’ – 40 Years , Scientist ‘D’ – 50 Years , Scientist ‘F’ – 50 Years

MOES Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:

The screening and selection process for the vacancies of Scientists in MoES shall be prescribed by Central Government. Suitable candidates after initial screening will be called for personal interviews.

The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum requirements and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. If the numbers of applications, received in response to advertisement are large, it will not be convenient or possible to call all candidates for interview. Hence, Ministry may restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview before Selection Board to the reasonable limit through screening process.
