Age Limit:

✔️ 30 years for Management Trainees / Assistant Managers Positions.
✔️ 40 years for Manager positions.

Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Management Trainees: 60% Marks in B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate.

✔️ Assistant Manager (Materials Management): 60% of marks in BE/B.Tech and MBA Preferably in Materials Management / PG Diploma in Materials Management. Degree in law preferred. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

✔️ Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication): 55% of marks in Graduation and Diploma in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication. Minimum 06 years post qualification experience.

✔️ Assistant Manager (Medical): MBBS with registration in any State or Indian National Medical Council. Minimum 02 years post MBBS registration experience.

✔️ Assistant Manager (IT): 60% of marks in BE/B.Tech – Computer Science / Electronics and Communications. Minimum 02 years post MBBS registration experience.

✔️ Manager (Automation): 60% marks in BE/B.Tech in Electrical/ Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication Engg. Minimum 07 years post MBBS registration experience.

✔️ Manager (Mechanical): 60% marks in BE/B.Tech – Mechanical. Minimum 07 years post MBBS registration experience.
