  2. Manager (Credit): 100 vacancies (UR-40, EWS-10, OBC-26, SC-16, ST-10), Pay Scale: MMGS-II Scale ₹48170-69810, Age: 25-35 years as of 01/01/2022
  3. Senior Manager (Treasury): 05 vacancies (UR-03, OBC-01, ST-01), Pay Scale: MMGS-III Scale ₹63840-78230, Age: 25-37 years as of 01/01/2022

PNB SO Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Manager (Credit) in MMGS-II – The candidate should be CA/CWA/CFA or Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with Full time MBA in Finance or PGDM in Finance or equivalent Post Graduation degree with specialization in Finance (Minimum 2 Years course with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate).
  • Manager (Risk Management) in MMGS-II – CA/CWA/CFA  or Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with Full time MBA in Finance or PGDM in Finance or equivalent Post Graduation degree with specialization in Finance /Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Financial Services (PGDBF) by NIBM Pune/Masters in Financial Management (MFM)/ Masters in Finance and Control (MFC)/Masters in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate/Certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) (USA)/Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute.
  • Senior Manager (Treasury) in MMGS-III – CA/CWA/CFA or Graduation Degree in any discipline with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate and Full time MBA in Finance or PGDM in Finance or equivalent Post Graduation degree with specialization in Finance.

Experience:

  • Manager (Credit) – Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Nationalized or Private Sector Bank/ PSU/ NBFC/Financial Institution/ Credit Rating Agency as an officer in the area of Credit and Finance.
  • Manager (Risk Management) – Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Nationalized or Private Sector Bank/ PSU/ NBFC/Financial Institution as an officer in the area of Risk, Credit, Forex, Treasury and Finance.
  • Senior Manager (Treasury) – Minimum 3 years of banking experience in officer cadre with minimum 2 years as an officer in Treasury of a Nationalized or Private Sector Bank. OR Minimum 3 years experience of working with primary dealer.

Age Limit:

  • Manager  – 25 to 35 years
  • Sr Manager – 25 to 27 years

Application Fee

The candidate needs to pay an application of ₹850/- per candidate + GST as applicable through online modes using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets along with application submission only. The SC/ST/PWBD category candidates need to pay ₹50/- as intimation charges only +GST as applicable

Selection Procedure

The selection for the posts of Specialist Officer Finance in PNB will be through an online test and personal interviews. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for a Test or Interview.

  • Credit Officer (MSME Department) MMG/S III – Graduate in any discipline OR CA / CMA / CFA. Minimum 5 years of experience of Credit appraisal or Minimum 5 years of experience as Analysts in RBI approved Rating Agencies.
  • Credit – Export / Import Business (MSME Department) SMG/SIV – Graduate in any discipline OR CA / CMA / CFA. Minimum 8 years of experience in Export / Import Credit Appraisal with any Bank/ NBFC/Financial Institutions in India.
  • Forex – Acquisition & Relationship Manager (Corporate Credit Department) MMG/SIII – Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma with Specialization in Marketing / Sales. Min. 5 Years of Work Experience in Public/ Private / Foreign Banks with 4 Years Exposure in Sales / Relationship Management in Forex.
  • Forex – Acquisition & Relationship Manager (Corporate Credit Department) MMG/SII – Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma with Specialization in Marketing / Sales. Min. 3 Years of Work Experience in Public/ Private / Foreign Banks with 2 Years Exposure in Sales / Relationship Management in Forex.
