Eligibility Criteria for NCCR Project Contract Jobs Recruitment 2024

Candidates interested in applying for various posts at the National Centre for Coastal Research (NCCR) must meet the detailed eligibility criteria specified in the official notification. Applications will be rejected if the candidates do not satisfy the following qualifications:

  • Project Scientist-III: Requires a Master’s Degree in Marine Biology or an equivalent field from a recognized University/Institute with at least 60% marks and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Project Scientist-II: Requires a B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology or an equivalent field from a recognized University/Institute with at least 60% marks and 3 years of R&D experience in the respective domain.
  • Project Scientist-I: Requires a Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Senior Research Fellow: Requires a Master’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognized University/Institute with at least 60% marks and a valid NET/CSIR-UGC NET/GATE score.
  • Senior Research Assistant: Requires a B.E./B.Tech. in a relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute with at least 60% marks and 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
