THDC Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2022 Vacancies
- Engineer Trainee – Civil Engineer: 20 vacancies (UR-09, EWS-02, OBC-05, SC-03, ST-01)
- Engineer Trainee – Electrical Engineer: 15 vacancies (UR-07, EWS-01, OBC-04, SC-02, ST-01)
- Engineer Trainee – Mechanical Engineer: 10 vacancies (UR-04, EWS-01, OBC-03, SC-01, ST-01)
Age: 30 years as on 01/08/2022
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed at minimum basic pay of ₹50000/- in the
pay scale of ₹50000-3%-160000 (IDA) during the period of training as Executive Trainee
in E-2 Grade. These candidates will be absorbed after successful completion of training as Senior Engineer in E-3 Grade in the pay scale of ₹60000-3%-180000 (IDA).
Qualification: The Eligible candidates must have appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2022. Candidates shall be shortlisted based on GATE 2022 score/performance. An engineering degree in the relevant field should be passed with 65% marks.

Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the General/EWS/OBC Category are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹600/-. The SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman candidates need not pay the application fee.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE – 2022). Based on the GATE-2022 Scores/Marks and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise in the ratio of 1:3 for further selection process. The final merit list will be prepared for each discipline on the basis of GATE-2022 Scores/Marks.
