Damodar Valley corporation (DVC), a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) is looking for committed, vibrant, and passionate Graduate Engineers desirous of joining DVC as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) 2022 in the various engineering disciplines by using the GATE-2022 score. MPPSC State Engineering Services 2022 Selection Procedure

The Commission shortlists the best candidates for the post of Assistant Engineer through the MPPSC SES recruitment. Candidates have to undergo a two-stage procedure to get recruited. Candidates can learn more regarding the selection procedure below.

  1. Written examination- The written examination consists of two papers, namely, Section A and Section B. Section A consists of General Studies subjects while Section B consists of engineering subjects. The written examination lasts for a duration of 3 hours and has a weightage of 450 marks in total. Candidates who score above the prescribed cut-off of the examination are invited for the Interview and are issued a call letter.
  2. Interview- The interview carries a weightage of 50 marks and only those candidates who have passed the written examination successfully are called for the Interview. If the aspirants pass the interview round successfully, they are assigned to their respective, desired posts based on their performance and the availability of the seats in the concerned departments.

Subject/Disciplines of IIT Patna Vacancies 2022

Educational Qualification: 

Professor : One should have a Ph.D. degree in appropriate branch and a minimum of ten (10) years in teaching/research/industry experience of which at least four (04) years should be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent as on the closing date of the advertisement. The candidate should have generated sufficient funding for research and demonstrated leadership in research in a specific area of specialization also evidenced by independent PhD guidance, strong record of publications in reputed journals and conferences, patents, laboratory/course development and/or other recognized relevant professional activities.

Associate Professor : One should have a Ph.D. degree with first class or equivalent (in terms of Grades etc.) at the preceding degree in appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of six (06) years in teaching/research/industry experience of which at least three (03) years should be at the level of Assistant Professor (Grade I)/ Senior Scientific Officer/Senior Design Engineer or equivalent as on the closing date of the advertisement. The candidate should have demonstrated adequate experience of independent research in terms of guidance of M.Tech/MSc. and Ph.D. student(s), publications in reputed journals and conferences, patents, laboratory/course development and/or other recognized relevant professional activities. It is desirable that the candidate has received external funding for research.
