Education Qualification

Staff Nurse (Male):

  • Successful completion of the High School Examination with Science is a prerequisite.
  • Passed Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government.
  • Possession of a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or a B.Sc Degree in Nursing, registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
  • Alternatively, possession of a diploma in Psychiatry, registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
  • A valid registration certificate from the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council as a Nurse and Psychiatry or as a Nurse and Midwife.

Staff Nurse (Female):

  • Attainment of a pass in the High School Examination with Science is mandatory.
  • Successful completion of the Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government.
  • Possession of a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or a B.Sc Degree in Nursing, registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
  • A valid registration certificate as Nurse and Midwife from the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council is essential.
