Educational Qualifications
Recruitment of human resource on fixed term engagement on contract basis for cash management department in bank of baroda
Position: Agriculture Marketing Officer
- Candidates should have completed 4 year Graduate Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Dairy Science / Fishery Science /Pisciculture / Agri. Marketing & Cooperation / Co-operation & Banking / Agro-Forestry / Forestry / Agricultural Biotechnology / Food Science / Agriculture Business Management / Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Agricultural Engineering / Sericulture from University recognized by the Govt. Of India. / Govt. bodies / AICTE and
- 3 years full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Post Graduate Diploma (Relevant Subject) / MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 02 Years of experience in marketing and generating lead in Agriculture and Allied Industries business in BFSI Sector.
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 03 Years of experience in marketing and generating lead in Agriculture and Allied Industries business in BFSI Sector.
2. Position: Assistant Vice President – Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Education Qualification: Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management (Min 2 Year course) /CA
- Work Experience: Min. 5 Years of Work Experience with atleast
- 3 years in Public / Private / Foreign Banks / in Sales/Relationship Management in Cash Management Services OR
- 3 years in a B2B/B2C Payment Company in Corporate / Bank sales role.
- Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate and market benchmark, and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates.
- Nature of Employment: Contractual Engagement for a period of 5 years, with periodic performance review. The term of engagement may be extended at the option of the Bank.
Age Limit
The candidates’ age must be 25 – 40 Years. There will be age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per government norms
