Punjab PSC Building Inspector Recruitment 2022 Vacancies
- Building Inspector: 157 vacancies in the Department of Local Government (Municipal Councils/Nagar Panchayats and Municipal Corporation) Government of Punjab
- Building Inspector: 131 vacancies in the Department of Local Government (Municipal Councils/Nagar Panchayats) Government of Punjab
- Building Inspector: 26 vacancies in the Department of Local Government (Municipal Corporation) Government of Punjab
- Age: 18-37 years as of 01/01/2022
- Pay Scale: ₹35400/- during the probation period of 3 years
- Qualification: Diploma in Architecture/Architecture Assistantship ORÂ Higher Qualification in the relevant field from recognized institution (ii) Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.

- SC/ ST of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab State only : Rs.750/-
- Ex-Serviceman of Punjab state only : Rs.500/-
- EWS, PWD, LDESM Punjab : Rs.500/-
- All Other Categories i.e., General, Sports Persons of Punjab, and Wards of Freedom Fighters, Punjab : Rs.1500/-
Written Examination
The procedure for selection of candidates for the post of Building Inspector (Group-B) will consist of a written examination comprising 120 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) questions (@ 4 marks for each question) of 480 marks (Questions from the Subject (Part A of Syllabus) – 100 questions of 400 marks, Questions from General Knowledge & Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. (Part B of Syllabus) – 20 questions of 80 marks). The exam will be of two (02) hours duration. The exact date shall be intimated shortly. There will be no personal interviews.
