The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), an autonomous body invite online applications for the 11th (XIth) online examination (Preliminary and Main) for Group-A Officers and Multipurpose Office-Assistants (OA) (Clerical cadre) Posts in the Participating Rural Banks (RRB).

The next Online Common Recruitment Process CRP (XIth 11th) for Regional Rural Banks (RRB) (RRB CRP XI) for recruitment of approx. 8106 Group-A Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group-B Office-Assistants (OA) (Multipurpose) for 43 Regional Rural Banks will be conducted online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).

The Recruitment Examination for Office Assistants (Multi-Purpose) will be conducted by IBPS, scheduled to be held from 07 August to 21 August 2022. The dates are tentative and can be changed.

The interviews for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II & III) under the XIth RRB CRP will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority tentatively in the month of November 2022.

 A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. However, a candidate can apply for only one post in the officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II, or Scale-III.

IBPS XIth RRB CRP Selection Process

Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the 43 Regional Rural Banks as Group “A”- Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Group “B”- Office Assistants (Multipurpose), is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP for RRBs-XI).

For the posts of Officers Scale-I and Office Assistants (Multi-purpose), the examination will be two tiers i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, preliminary and main. Candidates who apply for the post of Office Assistants (Multi-purpose) will be provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the Main examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.

For the post of Officers Scale-I, candidates who will qualify in the preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear for the Main examination and shortlisted candidates in the main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority.

Candidates who apply for Officer Scale-II (Generalist and Specialists)  and officer Scale-III posts will appear for a single online examination and shortlisted candidates in the single examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority.

ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done will be on the basis of the average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.
