Eligibility for MPRDC Manager Management Trainee Recruitment 2023
Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Manager (AM): BE/B.Tech. in Electronics/ IT/ Computer Science OR MCA from a recognized University/ Institution.
- MT Operations: Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ institute.
- P&A: Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Humanities/Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Information Technology/ Business Administration with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ institute preferably with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in HR/ IR/ PM
- Law: Degree/ Post Graduation Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ institute.
- Hindi: Master’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. OR Masters degree from a recognized university or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as subjects at degree level. OR Masters degree from a recognized university or equivalent in any subject with English medium & Hindi as a subject at degree. One year Diploma/certificate course in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa from an institute recognized by Govt. of India is desirable.
- Finance & Accounts: Associate Member of the Institute of CA/CWA of India.
Experience: 2 years of experience is required for the post of Assistant Manager.
Remuneration:
- Assistant Manager and Management Trainees: in E-1 Grade ₹50000-3%-160000/-
Age: 30 years for Assistant Manager (AM) vacancies, 28 years for Management Trainee (MT) vacancies
