Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, has released notification against Advt. No. 01 of 2022 for the recruitment of 89 posts of Junior Assistant and Junior Assistant cum Computer Operator in the Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction on its official website. The online process for JKSSB Recruitment for Junior Assistant will start from 10th February 2022 onwards.
JKSSB Recruitment Vacancy Details
There are a total of 89 vacancies of Junior Assistant and Junior Assistant cum Computer Operator that will be filled under JKSSB Junior Assistant Recruitment 2022 with Pay Scale: Level-4 (25500- 81100). The vacancy distribution of JKSSB Junior Assistant is given below:
- Junior Assistant – 34 Posts
- Junior Assistant Cum Computer Operator – 55 Posts
JKSSB Application Fee
The candidates applying for 89 posts of Junior Assistant and Junior Assistant cum Computer Operator will have to pay Rs. 500 as Application Fee. The mode of payment of application fees is through online mode only.
JKSSB Junior Assistant Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the JKSSB Recruitment 2022 will have to fulfil the minimum level of eligibility criteria set by the J&K Services Selection Board. Candidates who have a domicile certificate of J&K or “Migrants” as defined in SRO 412 of 2009 or ” Kashmiri Pandits” as defined in SRO 425 of 2017 are eligible to apply for JKSSB Recruitment 2022.

JKSSB Junior Assistant Selection Process 2022
A candidate will be selected as Junior Assistant in JKSSB Recruitment 2022 on the basis of OMR-based Written Exam and Skill Test. The Weightage of the written exam and skill test will be in a 4:1 ratio respectively i.e. 80 points for the written exam and 20 points for the skill test.
How to Apply for JKSSB Junior Assistant Recruitment 2022?
Interested Candidates can apply online for JKSSB JA Recruitment 2022 from 10th February 2022 to 10th March 2022 by following the steps mentioned below:
- Visit the website https://jkssb.nic.in/.
- On the Upper Right Corner click on the ” Candidate Registration” option.
- Register yourself with a valid Email Id and Mobile Number.
- A Registration Number and Password will be generated.
- Log in with credentials provided by clicking on the ” Candidate login ” option.
- Fill in the details mentioned on the login page.
- After successful log in now click on the “Apply Now” option under the “Latest Opening” section against the Advertisement relevant to ADVT. NO. 01of 2022.
- Complete the JKSSB Application Form with all information.
- Attach the Scanned Photograph and Signature with the size of 1 MB.
- Submit the form and pay the Application Fee.
- Take a printout of the application form for future references.
