IOCL Assistant Quality Control Officers Recruitment 2021 Vacancies
- Assistant Quality Control Officers (AQCO): 71 vacancies (UR-28, EWS-07, OBC-19, SC-10, ST-07, PWD-06), Age: 30 years as of 30/09/2021, Pay Scale: A0 Grade Rs.40000-140000.
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Chemistry/equivalent disciplines from recognized Indian Universities/Institutes. Equivalent disciplines in M.Sc. in Chemistry shall include Inorganic/Organic/ Analytical/Physical/Applied Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry.
Application Fee
The application fee of Rs.300/- to be paid online through SBI e-collect. No application fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM categories.

Eligibility Criteria for IOCL AQCO Posts –
Educational Qualification :
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry/equivalent disciplines from recognized Indian Universities/Institutes.
- Equivalent disciplines in M.Sc. in Chemistry shall include Inorganic/Organic/ Analytical/Physical/Applied Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry
Experience :
- Minimum 02 Years experience in Testing/R&D/Quality Control in Petroleum/Petro-chemical/Polymer/Fertilizer Unit Laboratories AND/ OR 2 years experience in an NABL accredited laboratory. The experience shall be considered valid only if the lab is accredited in the Field of “TESTING” with Discipline as “CHEMICAL”. The lab should have scope under Group: Lubricants/Petroleum and Products.
Age Limit :
- Lowest Age: 18 years
- Highest Age: 30 years
- Note: Age relaxation applies to the candidate as per IOCL Assistant Quality Control Officers recruiting rules (if applicable).
Selection Process :
The selection process will comprise of Written Test (objective type consisting of two parts – General Aptitude and Discipline Knowledge), Group Discussion/Group Task and Personal Interview. Written Test is likely to be held on 07-11-2021 at test center(s) at four locations viz. New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.
