The Indian Navy invites Online Applications in the prescribed format from unmarried (male/female both) candidates for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Executive Branch (Sports and Law) of the Indian Navy for course commencing June 2023 onwards at the Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala for recruitment of Group-A SSC Officers in Indian Navy stations (AT-23).

- SSC Executive (Law): 02 vacancies, Qualification: A degree in Law qualifying for enrolment as an advocate, Age: Born Between (Both Dates inclusive) – 02 July 1996 to 01 July 2001
- SSC Executive (Sports): 02 vacancies, Qualification: Regular Post Graduate Degree or BE/B. Tech in any field from a recognized university. Candidates with Diploma in Sports Coaching from National Institute of Sports and M.Sc. in Sports (Coaching) will be given priority during short listing for SSB, Age: Born Between (Both Dates inclusive) – 02 July 1996 to 01 July 2001

Basic Requirements
- Physical Standards: Height and Weight: Minimum height Male – 157 CM, with correlated weight.
- Eyesight – The minimum acceptable standard for distant vision 6/12, 6/12 correctable to 6/6 with glasses, Should not be colour/night blind.
- Pay Scale: Pay Level-10 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix ₹56100-11070 with MSP and other allowances
- NCC ‘C’ certificate holders will be given a relaxation of 5% in cut-off marks towards shortlisting for SSB

Selection process
The candidates will be shortlisted on merit basis. The merit list will be prepared based on SSB marks. Only shortlisted candidates declared fit in the medical examination would be appointed as per the vacancy availability.The applicants will be shortlisting on a normalised marks basis obtained by the candidates in the qualifying degree.Marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying degree will be normalised using formulae mentioned on the website
