Educational Qualification for HRRL Recruitment 2024
Junior Executive: Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering (Fertilizer)/ Chemical Engineering (Plastic & Polymer)/ Chemical Engineering (Sugar Technology)/ Refinery & Petrochemical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering (Oil Technology)/ Chemical Engineering (Polymer Tech) with a minimum aggregate percentage of 60% for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Alternatively, B.Sc. with Chemistry as the Principal Subject (Honors)/ Polymer Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry with a minimum aggregate percentage of 60% for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Senior Engineer E3: Completion of a 4-year full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) with a minimum aggregate percentage of 60% for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. A minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification work experience is required.
Senior Engineer E5: Completion of a 4-year full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) with a minimum aggregate percentage of 60% for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. A minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification work experience is required.

Selection Process for HRRL Vacancy 2024
Recruitment will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT), Skill Test, and Personal Interview.

UR, OBC, and EWS candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹1180/- along with payment gateway charges, if applicable.
