Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) having headquarter at Panchkula (Haryana) invites online applications in the prescribed format from eligible candidates for the recruitment of the following 256 Govt Job Vacancy (239 actual vacancies + 17 anticipated vacancies) of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the Haryana Civil Service (Judicial Branch) by Haryana PSC (Advt. No. 01/2021).
It is hereby announced for the general information to the candidates that in view of the time lapsed in conducting the preliminary examination due to prevailing pandemic situation, it has been decided to invite online applications in the prescribed format again from the candidates for the posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) for H.C.S. (Judicial Branch) examination – 2020-21 through Haryana PSC website.
Those who have applied earlier in the month of January/February 2021, need not apply again.

Haryana PSC HCS Judicial Civil Judge Recruitment 2021 Vacancies
- Haryana Civil Services (HCS) (Judicial Branch) Civil Judge (Junior Division): 256 vacancies, Pay Scale: ₹ 27700-44770 (to be revised), Age: 21-42 years as of 15/09/2021, Qualification: Degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India

Age Limit:
Candidate should not be less than 2l years and not more than 42 years as on 15.09.2021 i.e. closing date to apply for the post.
Educational Qualification:
No person shall be eligible to be appointed a Civil Judge (Junior Division) unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India.
The expression “Degree of Bachelor of Laws” means a degree entitling a candidate to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocate Act, 1961, and the rules made there under.
Haryana Judiciary Selection Process 2021
The Haryana Judiciary Exam is conducted in three stages and the candidate should clear each stage to qualify for the next stage. The three stages are:
- Preliminary Exam
- Mains Exam
- Personality Test/Viva-Voce
Application Fee
Application fee of ₹1000/- for Males, ₹250/- for all Female/SC/ST/BC (A&B) / ESM at all branches of State Bank of India or State Bank of Patiala. No fee for PWD candidates of Haryana.
