- 1.6 KM Race – Complete within 6 Minutes
- Gola Fek (Shout Put) – Throw 16 Pounds of Gola Minimum up to 16 Feet in 3 chance
- High Jump – Minimum 4 Feet in 3 Chance
For Female –
- 1 KM Race – Complete within 5 Minutes
- Gola Fek (Shout Put) – Throw 12 Pounds of Gola Minimum up to 12 Feet in 3 chance
- High Jump – Minimum 3 Feet in 3 Chance
