NTPC Law Officers Recruitment 2022 Vacancies

  • AssistantLaw Officers: 05 vacancies (UR-02, OBC-01, SC-01, ST-01), Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent – full time programme) from recognized Indian Universities / Institutes with 60% marks or above (55% pass marks for SC/ST/PH), Age: 30 years as on 29/06/2022. Relaxation in  age as per rules. ,Pay Scale:- Candidates will be selected as Law Officers in the E0 pay scale Rs.₹30000-120000/-
    • Students in the final semester of the qualifying course can also apply. However, they must be able to produce the mark sheets and course completion certificate/provisional degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) on or before 31.08.2022.

Application Fee for NTPC Vacancy 2022

Candidates belonging to the General/EWS/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.300/-. The SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category and female candidates need not pay the registration fee. *** please refer to official notification.

Payment in offline mode: State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the registration fee, in a specially opened account (NC No. 30987919993) at the CAG branch, New Delhi (Code: 09996), on behalf of NTPC. The candidate has to approach the nearby SBI branch with a printout of the “pay-in-slip” which is available on the application registration portal. The pay-in-slip printed from the portal should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of the amount in the allocated account. On receipt of the money, the bank will issue a unique Journal Number and a Branch Code of the bank collecting the money. This journal number and the branch code are to be filled up by the candidate during the online application. NTPC will not be responsible, in case of a candidate deposits the fee in the wrong account.

Payment in online mode: Candidates also have the option to pay the fees online (through Net banking/Debit Card (Rupay Debit Cards Only)/Credit Card). The online payment option will be available on the website. The candidate is required to make the payment before proceeding with the online application. After making a successful payment, the Challan number, Bank Reference No, date of payment, etc. are required to be filled up in the online application.

Use of CLAT 2022 score for selection

Candidates need to appear in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) – 2022 conducted by National Law Universities (NLUs) for the purpose of admission in Post Graduate programme (2 year LLM) in the National Law Universities, Only CLAT-2022 score is valid for this recruitment exercise. The last date for receipt of filled-in CLAT-2022 application form  is 09/05/2022. Details of CLAT-2022 available at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

    • Qualification:  The candidate should have completed Full-time Bachelor Degree in Engineering (B.Tech. /BE. /Equivalent) in relevant engineering branch from Institutions/ Colleges/ Universities/ Deemed Universities duly recognized by AICTE/UGC with a minimum of 65% marks. (55% for SC/ST candidates) b) Candidates currently in the final year of their engineering studies may also apply 
      • Candidates who have completed/are pursuing M.Tech. in any disciplines are also eligible to apply provided they have appeared in GATE 2022 examination in the eligible discipline and completed B.Tech./BE in one of the mentioned engineering disciplines.

(NPCIL), a premier central Public Sector Enterprise, under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India (GoI) has invited application from Engineering Graduates after a gap of two years for the recruitment for the posts of Executive Engineer Trainees (ET-22) in various engineering disciplines for the year 2022 through the score of GATE 2020/2022/2022 only.   • Executive Trainee (ET-2022): 225 vacancies (UR-88, EWS-21, OBC-63, SC-34, ST-19) (PWD-08) in various engineering disciplines, Age: 26 years as on 28/04/2022, Stipend : ₹ 55000/- per month,  will be posted in the pay level-10 of 7th CPC pay matrix starting ₹56100/- as Scientific Officers ‘C’, Qualification : BE/B. Tech./B. Sc. (Engineering)/5-year Integrated M Tech with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in one of the 6 engineering disciplines mentioned above from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC. Applicants must have a valid GATE 2020/2021/2022 Score in the same engineering discipline as the qualifying degree discipline.
