Education Eligibility for Rajasthan HC Civil Judge Recruitment 2024

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from any government-recognized university to be eligible for the position. Candidates are required to have a comprehensive understanding of Hindi and proficiency in written Devnagri script, as well as knowledge of Rajasthani dialects and social customs prevalent in Rajasthan. Individuals who are either appearing for or have appeared in the final year or semester of LLB are eligible to apply for the post. Such candidates must attain the necessary educational qualifications before the mains examination and submit proof thereof to the Office of Registrar Examination, Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, within 7 days of the mains examination being conducted.

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Maximum age: 40 years
  • Age relaxation: The upper age limit mentioned above is relaxable by 5 years for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, More Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections, and women candidates.
  • The upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years in the case of persons with benchmark disabilities. This age relaxation shall be in addition to the age relaxation already provided to different categories in the Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules 2010.

The High Court of Delhi will hold written examination for direct recruitment to Delhi Higher Judicial Service (DHJS) Examination 2022 in two stage selection process comprising Preliminary Written Examination of Objective type on 20/03/2022 and  Delhi Higher Judicial Service Main Exam (Written) for selection of candidates for calling for Viva Voce.

The High Court of Delhi invites online applications from eligible candidates for filling up the following 45 vacancies in Delhi Higher Judicial Service by holding the Delhi Higher Judicial Service (DJS) Examination 2022. The candidates can submit their application in online mode only through the website of the High Court of Delhi.

The Delhi Higher Judicial Service Preliminary Examination (Objective type) will be held on Sunday, March 20 (11.00 AM to 1.00 PM). The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 45 posts under the Delhi Higher Judicial Service.

Delhi Higher Judicial Service (DJS) Examination 2022 Vacancies

  • Delhi Higher Judicial Service Examination (DJS) – 2022 : 45 vacancies (Existing Vacancy-43, Anticipated Vacancies-02) (UR-32, SC-07, ST-06) (PH-03), Pay Scale : Pay Level-13A of 7th CPC Pay Matrix ₹131100-216600. Qualification : A candidate shall be eligible to appear in the examination if he/she is (a) a Citizen of India, (b) a Law Graduate from a recognized university, (c) a person practicing as an Advocate not less than  years (d) a person, must have attained the age of 35 years and have not attained the age of 45 years as on 1st January 2022. Relaxation in age as per rules. 

Application Fee

₹1000/- each for General Category candidates and ₹200/- for SC/ST/PH candidates to be paid through Debit Card/Internet Banking Online mode only.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Candidates applying for HJSE must have attained the age of 35 years and have not attained the age of 45 years as on January 1, 2022.

Qualification: Must have been continuously practicing as an Advocate for not less than seven years as on the last date of receipt of applications, i.e., 12.03.2022 is eligible to apply.

Selection procedure

Delhi Higher Judiciary Exam 2022 will consist of Preliminary Examination (Objective type with 25% negative marking), Mains Examination (Written) and Viva-Voce.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army JAG Entry Scheme 2022 (April)

Nationality

  • A candidate must either be: (i) A citizen of India, or (ii) A subject of Nepal, (iii) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii) and (iii) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. Certificate of eligibility will, however, not be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal.

Age Limit

  • 21 to 27 years as on 01 Jul 2022 (Born not earlier than 02 Jul 1994 and not later than 01 Jul 2000; both dates inclusive).
  • Note: Candidates should note that the date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary School Exam Certificate or an equivalent certificate on the date of submission of applications will only be accepted and no subsequent request for its change will be considered or granted.

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum 55% aggregate marks in LLB Degree (three years professional after graduation or five years after 10+2 examination)
  • Candidates should be eligible for registration as an advocate with the Bar Council of India/State. Candidate should be from a College/University recognized by Bar Council of India

Selection Process for Indian Army JAG Entry Scheme 2022 (April)

  • Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) will shortlist the candidates.
  • Only shortlisted eligible candidates will undergo SSB at Selection Centres, Allahabad(UP), Bhopal(MP), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Kapurthala (PB)
  • Call up letter for SSB interview will be issued by respective Selection Centre on candidate’s registered email id and SMS only
  • Candidates will be put through two stage selection procedures. Those who clear Stage I will go to Stage II. Those who fail on stage I will be returned on the same day. Duration of SSB interview is five days and details of the same are available on the official website

Medical Exam

Period of Probation

  • An officer will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date he/she receives his/her commission

Training

  • Duration of training is 49 weeks at OTA, Chennai.
  • Selected candidates will be detailed for Pre-Commission training at OTA, Chennai according to their position in the final order of merit, up to the number of available vacancies, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.

Cost of Training

  • Cost of training Rs.12908/- per week, thereafter a yearly escalation of 8% p.a. will be calculated on the Per Capita Cost of Training for each ensuing year
