Eligibility Criteria for SAIL Vacancy 2024
Educational Qualification: Applicants should possess a 10th, I.T.I, Diploma, MD/ MS/ DNB, Post Graduation, MBBS, BE/ B.Tech, Post Graduation degree, or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit ranges from 28 to 41 years.

Selection Process for SAIL Executive and Non-Executive Recruitment 2024
The selection process for this recruitment entails a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and an Interview. The CBT will comprise 150 multiple-choice questions, divided into two sections: 50 questions on Domain/Professional Knowledge and 100 on the Aptitude Test.
For the CBT, the minimum qualifying marks are set at 50 percentile score for unreserved posts and 40 percentile for SCs/ST/OBC(NCL) for reserved posts. Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on merit. In case multiple candidates achieve the cut-off marks, they will all proceed to the interview stage.
The interview stage has no qualifying marks; however, for the final selection, the merit list will combine the marks from the CBT and the Interview, with a weightage of 80:20, respectively.
In the event of a tie in the cut-off marks, the candidate with higher marks in eligibility qualifications will be given preference.
