MSTC Recruitment 2023 Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

  • Operations – Fresher: Graduate from a recognized institute/ University with a minimum of 60% marks in graduation. Applicants with Professional qualifications like MBA/Two years-Post Graduation Diploma will be preferred.
  • Operations – eCommerce/Vigilance/RO-BO/HR: Graduate from a recognized institute/ University with a minimum of 60% marks in graduation. Applicants with Professional qualifications like MBA/Two years-Post Graduation Diploma will be preferred.
  • Facility and Estate Management: Graduation from a Recognized institute / University. A Degree/Diploma in Engineering is desirable
  • Finance: Graduate from a recognized institute/University with minimum ICWA/CA inter passed. MBA (Finance)/Two years-Post Graduation Diploma in Finance are also eligible.
  • Systems: Graduate in any discipline of Engineering/MCA.

Experience: As stated above. Most have 2-5 years of experience required.

    • Chief Manager/Senior Manager (Data Analyst)- B. Tech/ B.E./ M Tech/ M.E. in Computer Science/ IT/ Data Science/ Machine Learning and AI from AICTE/UGC recognized university. It is desirable to have Diploma / PG Diploma in Data Science.

Deputy ManagerAt least five years of relevant experience in Computer Networking including network Security and/ or Cyber/ Information security. The candidate should have worked as a Network Administrator and/ or information security Officer in a reputed company having a Production or Manufacturing Unit/ PSU/ Central or State Government/ Consultancy firm empanelled by NICSI (National Informatics Centre Services Inc.).
Manager – ERP (On Contract)(i) A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in two SAP full cycles (S4 HANA preferred including machine interfaces) implementation in a reputed company having production or manufacturing unit / PSU/ Central or State Government/ Consultancy firm empaneled by NICSI (National Informatics Centre Services Inc.)
(ii) Should have experience on SAP S4 HANA (Release 1610 onwards) with a minimum of one full cycle implementation.

Age Limit :

Deputy Manager : should be between 30 to 45 years

Manager – ERP (On Contract) : Between 35 – 50 years
