Educational Qualifications for REC PDCL Experienced Professionals Recruitment 2024
Engineering Discipline: Candidates should possess a regular full-time B.E./ B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Civil or equivalent fields.
F&A Discipline: Applicants must have completed Chartered Accountancy/ Cost and Management Accountancy qualifications.
HR Discipline: Eligible candidates should hold a regular full-time two-year MBA/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma or equivalent with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent.
IT Discipline: Candidates need to have a regular full-time B.E./ B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
CS Discipline: A graduate degree with Associate/ Fellow membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is required.
Law Discipline: Applicants should have a regular full-time Degree in Law (LLB – 3 years) with first division or equivalent CGPA, or a Degree in a 5-year integrated course in Law.
CSR Discipline: Candidates must possess a regular full-time two-year MBA/ PGDM/ PGD or equivalent in Social Work or equivalent.
Technology: Applicants must hold a regular full-time B.E./B.Tech. degree or its equivalent.
HR: Candidates should have completed a regular full-time two-year MBA or a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR.
F&A: Qualifications include CA/ICWA/CMA or an MBA specializing in Finance.
Law: Candidates must possess a degree in Law (LLB – 3 years) with preferably a first division or equivalent CGPA. Alternatively, a degree in a 5-year integrated course in Law is also acceptable.
