Selection Process for Power Grid Company Secretary Recruitment 2024

Selection for this position will be based solely on the interview of eligible and shortlisted candidates. However, the Management reserves the right to enhance the minimum eligibility standards or conduct a screening test to limit the number of candidates for the Personal Interview if necessary. If a screening test is conducted, it will be qualifying in nature (40% for UR/EWS and 30% for reserved vacancies), and candidates qualifying in the screening test will be shortlisted for the interview based on their scores in the screening test.

Selection will be based on the marks obtained in the interview only. Shortlisted candidates must pass the interview to be considered suitable for empanelment for engagement. Candidates have the option to appear for the Personal Interview in either Hindi or English.
