Selection Process for SAIL Executive and Non-Executive Recruitment 2024

The selection process for this recruitment entails a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and an Interview. The CBT will comprise 150 multiple-choice questions, divided into two sections: 50 questions on Domain/Professional Knowledge and 100 on the Aptitude Test.

For the CBT, the minimum qualifying marks are set at 50 percentile score for unreserved posts and 40 percentile for SCs/ST/OBC(NCL) for reserved posts. Selection Process for GIC Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023

The second stage involves Group Discussion and an interview.

The total marks for the selection process, including the Written Test, Group Discussion, and Interview, will be 200, with a total test time of 150 minutes. The breakdown of the test time is as follows: 30 minutes for Part A (Objective), 60 minutes for Part B (Objective), and 60 minutes for Part C (Descriptive). Candidates will be shortlisted for the Group Discussion and interview based on their overall performance in the objective and descriptive sections, with a combined full mark of 150.
