Education Qualification for NIACL Administrative Officers Recruitment 2024
For the Generalist position, candidates must hold a graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a minimum of 60% marks for General candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PWD candidates. For the Accounts discipline, applicants should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI or a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) certification from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (formerly ICWAI). Alternatively, candidates with an MBA in Finance, PGDM in Finance, or M.Com with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) are also eligible.
Selection Procedure for NIACL Administrative Officers Vacancy 2024
Phase-I Preliminary Examination for Administrative Officers 2024
The Phase-I Preliminary Examination for Administrative Officers will be held online on October 13, 2024 (tentative). This exam will feature three key sections: English Language (30 marks, 20 minutes), Reasoning Ability (35 marks, 20 minutes), and Quantitative Aptitude (35 marks, 20 minutes). The English Language section will be administered in English, while Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude will be available in both English and Hindi.
Phase-II Main Examination and Interview
The Phase-II Main Examination, scheduled for November 17, 2024 (tentative), will include both Objective and Descriptive Tests. The Objective Test will last 2.5 hours and cover Reasoning (50 marks, 40 minutes), English Language (50 marks, 40 minutes), General Awareness (50 marks, 30 minutes), and Quantitative Aptitude (50 marks, 40 minutes), available in English and Hindi. The Descriptive Test, focusing on English Language skills, will include Letter Writing (10 marks) and an Essay (20 marks) over 30 minutes, conducted online. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, with the final selection based on a 75:25 ratio of online examination to interview performance.
