Pay Scale & Stipend for Army 65th/36th Men/Women Technical SSC Officer
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹56,100 during their training at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai. Upon successful completion of the training, they will be commissioned as Lieutenants in the Indian Army, with a starting pay scale under the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) at Pay Level-10, ranging from ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500. Method of Selection for Indian Army SSC Officer Recruitment 2025
Shortlisted eligible candidates, based on the cutoff percentage, will be invited for SSB interviews at one of the designated Selection Centres: Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka), or Kapurthala (Punjab). The interview process, conducted by a Psychologist, Group Testing Officer, and Interviewing Officer, includes a two-stage selection procedure. Candidates who clear Stage-I will proceed to Stage-II, while those who do not will return on the same day. The SSB interview spans five days. Call letters for the interview will be sent via the candidate’s registered email and SMS by the respective Selection Centres. Note that the allocation of Selection Centres is at the discretion of DG Recruiting, IHQ of MoD (Army), and requests for changes will not be entertained.
