The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous organization established to conduct recruitment processes for selecting qualified candidates for the Indian banking sector, especially Public Sector Banks and financial institutions. About IBPS PO 2024-2025
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT) annually to select Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) for Public Sector Banks. Eligible candidates wishing to join any of the 11 participating PSU Banks as a PO or MT must register for the 14th CRP PO/MT (CRP PO/MT-XIV). The 2024 PO/MT examination is a two-tier process: the Online Preliminary Examination will be held in October 2024, followed by the Online Main Examination in November 2024. Candidates who pass the Preliminary Exam will be shortlisted for the Main Exam, and those who qualify will be invited for a Common Interview, conducted by participating organizations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank.

IBPS XIV PO-MT CRP Online Preliminary Examination
The 14th PO/MT Examination for 2024 is a two-tier process. The online examination will be conducted in two phases: the Online Preliminary Examination for Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) will take place in October 2024.

The XIV (14th) CRP for Bank PO/MT examination will be structured as follows:
- Online Preliminary Examination: This will consist of 100 questions across three subjects—English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The test will be of one-hour duration and carry a total of 100 marks.
- Online Main Examination: This exam will last for 3 hours and include 155 questions across four subjects—Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, and Data Analysis & Interpretation. The Main Examination will be worth 200 marks, with an additional 30 minutes allocated for English Language tasks, including Letter Writing and Essay.
