Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) – (OCTT): SAIL has announced 314 vacancies for various Units/Plants/Mines, with an age requirement of 18 to 28 years as of 18/03/2024. Candidates must have Matriculation with a 3-year (full-time) Diploma in the respective branch of Engineering from a government-recognized university/institute. The pay scale includes a consolidated pay of ₹16100/- for the 1st year and ₹18300/- for the 2nd year of training. Upon successful completion, candidates will be considered for regular employment in S-3 grade with a scale of pay of ₹26600-3%-38920/- (S-3).
